SAN JOSE REPTILE SHOW VENDOR INFORMATION
Location: Parkside Hall, 180 Park Avenue, downtown San Jose (across the street from the San Jose Convention Center).
Exhibit space: The total number of tables required will determine arrangement of floor space. If you have a preference (wall or corner) please let us know. We cannot guarantee a specific space, but will do everything possible to accommodate each vendor.
Show times: This is a 2-day event, November 11 & 12. Saturday, November 11, 10:00am to 5:00pm. Sunday, November 12, 10:00am to 4:00pm. Vendors must remain at event until closing on Sunday, November 6.
Set-up: Vendors are encouraged to set up their booth on Friday, November 10. Set-up time is from 12:00 noon to 8:00pm. Saturday set-up is available between the hours of 7:00am to 9:00am. All vendors must be finished moving into the venue by 9:00am Saturday, November 12.
