OUR HISTORY - HOW IT ALL BEGAN

In March of 1992, Angel wanted a pair of corn snakes for her birthday. Being a good husband, I purchased them for her even though I did not share her desire for reptiles. Shortly after the snakes came home, we (mostly Jeremy) realized how much we enjoyed them as pets. Our interest grew quickly. We began attending reptile expositions in the Bay Area and Southern California. The reptile collection grew quickly and within a year we owned 50 reptiles.

The collection became an expensive hobby, so the next logical step was to begin breeding the snakes and lizards. Over the years we have produced thousands of offspring, and are expecting to hatch approximately 650 baby reptiles this year. In 1999 we purchased Pets To Go in Elk Grove, California, which provided us with a retail outlet in which to display and sell the baby reptiles.

Our current collection consists of 200+ adult reptiles including boas, pythons, Colubrid snakes, skinks, and other lizards. All adult reptiles are housed in a private facility, while all babies are cared for at Pets To Go.

We are true believers in educating our customers on the proper care of reptiles. An informed pet owner usually makes for a responsible pet owner. All reptiles we sell are of the highest quality. We do not breed or sell certain species of reptiles that are regularly abandoned at local shelters, and try to discourage customers from these purchases (iguanas and large 15-ft.+ snakes).
